2. 6:45 Zoning Bylaw Public Hearing – Rezone 25 Robinson Road from Residence to Village Common Mixed Use District 25 Robinson Road: This zoning amendment, Article 14 of the Fall 2021 Special Town Meeting Warrant would rezone 25 Robinson Road from Residence R district to Village Common VC mixed-use (also known as Form Based Code) district. This parcel map shows the location of 25 Robinson Road. While Town Meeting is asked to vote on this rezoning, and Town Meeting does not vote on specific development proposals, the most recent sketches from Northern Bank for redeveloping parcels on Great Road and Robinson Road, including 25 Robinson Road are shared to help inform the discussion.
3. 7:15 Zoning Bylaw Public Hearing – King Street Common Zoning District King Street Common: This zoning amendment, Article 14 of the October 25, 2021 Special Town Meeting Warrant would create a new zoning district, King Street Common, and the 41-acre parcel at 550 King Street would be rezoned from the existing Industrial A, Industrial B, Business, and Village Common (split) zoning districts to the new King Street Common zoning district. See the map of the proposed King Street Common district and text of the proposed King Street Common zoning bylaw, or more current the STM Article 11 including description, map, and motion as printed in the Town Meeting Report. An EXECUTIVE SUMMARY of the proposed King Street Common zoning bylaw is also posted.
